Residential Cleaning
Regular Cleaning
Our regular cleaning is what most of my customers do! From weekly, bi-weekly, and Monthly visit we are able to keep your home clean for you. Please let us know what day and time works best for you! Please keep in mind that we expect your homes to be as picked up as possible.
Bedrooms
- Change bedsheets
- Tidy up and Dust (Including fans and blinds)
- Vacuum and Mop
Kitchen
- Clean countertops, stove top, and microwave
- Vacuum and Mop
- Put dishes up and load dish washer
Bathrooms
- Clean faucet, sink, mirror toilet, showers, and bath tubs
- Vacuum and Mop
Living room, Laundry room, and Dining room
- Dust (including fans and blinds) and tidy up
- Vacuum and Mop
We also take out trash from every room and move small rugs to vacuum and mop under them, and if we see something needs a little cleaning we will do it for you!

Move in Cleaning
Are you moving into a new home, but want it clean before settling in? We can clean it for you!
- Vacuum and Mop all areas
- Dust everything
- Kitchen- outside of cabinets, microwave, stovetop, oven, fridge and countertops
- Rooms- we will clean baseboards, doors, etc.
- Bathrooms- sink, faucets, toilet, tubs, showers, outside of cabinets, mirrors
- Laundry room- dust, clean outside of cabinets
Any request let us know! (We expect homes to as empty as possible, if there is furniture that hasn't been moved yet we understand)
Deep Cleaning
We recommend that our new customers start off with a deep clean!
In your Deep clean we will include everything we do in our regular cleaning, we will pay more attention to those small details and areas that haven't been cleaned in a while, but also
- Clean all windows from inside
- Baseboards
- Fans
- Outside of cabinets
- Walls for any dust or cobwebs
- Please request if you want inside of fridge or oven cleaned, if not we will not charge you for it
If there are anything other things you would also like done, please ask during your estimate, we may be able to do it!
Real Estate/Moving out Cleaning
This service is for our clients moving out of their homes, and wanting them clean and photo ready before putting them up for sale! This includes everything our moving in service includes. If there are anything extra you would like done, let us know to see if we are able to do it for you!
(We expect home to be as empty as possible. If there is furniture that hasn't been moved yet we totally understand)
Post- Construction Cleaning
This service is for those newly built homes that have lots of dust everywhere. Includes what the Moving out cleaning includes. Any request let us know.
Commercial Cleaning
Office spaces
This service is for office spaces that need cleaning every few months or so! This service includes
- Dusting
- Vacuuming and Mopping
- Kitchen- cabinets, microwave, fridge and countertops
- Bathrooms- sink, faucets, toilet, tubs, showers, outside of cabinets, mirrors
- Office cubicles- dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Any other request let us know
Other business spaces
We may also be able to clean other business spaces, such as coffee shops, small business spaces, and more as well, just text us to set up an appointment to see if we can do the job for you!
Service policies and information
- Pricing and payment
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning requested, and the level of detail needed. Quotes are given when we schedule an appointment with us via text to go see your home, so there are no surprises. If additional services are requested at the time of cleaning, pricing may be adjusted accordingly with your approval. We have different payment options! We take checks (made to Fani House Cleaning), Cash payment, and Venmo!
- Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice. If not able to notify us at least 24 hours before we understand, just please let us know!
- Home Access & Entry
If you will not be home during your scheduled cleaning, please let us know how we can access your home. This may include:

Leaving a key in a secure location

Providing a lockbox code

Granting entry through a concierge or front desk

If your home has an alarm system, please ensure it is turned off during your scheduled cleaning time or provide clear instructions to prevent accidental alarms.
- Preparing for Your Cleaning and what to expect!
To help us provide the best service possible, we ask for your home to be as picked up as possible! Our team which consist of me (Fani!) and 1-2 other workers, will arrive on time to your home ready to clean!
(keep in mind that the amount of workers depends on how much help I think I will need and how many homes I will be cleaning that day!)
- Supplies
The past several years we have noticed that many of our customers have their own supplies that they like to use! Please let us know what supplies you would like us to use, if you prefer the use of specific products or have sensitivities or allergies, please let us know in advance. We like to use Clorox when cleaning the bathrooms but if you don't want that to be used in your home let us know and provide us with an alternative.
- Pets
We are a pet-friendly cleaning service and don’t mind pets being home during your cleaning. If you prefer to leave your pets out or safely secured in a separate area, either option is perfectly fine with us. We’re happy to clean with your furry companions around!
